This is a full time position that reports directly to the owner. Must have 3+ years relative General Manager experience in a full service restaurant with bar and wine knowledge. Restaurant just celebrated its 20 year anniversary. Please do not reply to this posting if you do not have experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-P&L Review and Control
-Hiring, Training, Developing, all staff
-Schedules
-Ordering
-Inventory
-Sales and Labor Projections and Analysis
-Wine List Creation and Control
-Controllables, such as Food Cost, Liquor Cost, Wine Cost, Labor Cost
-Repairs and Maintenance
-Guest Experience

The General Manager is responsible for all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen. The Executive Chef reports direclty to the General Manager. Compensation will be determined based on experience.
