Preferred Experience includes: Boiler, Emergency Generator, Cooling Towers, etc.

DUTIES:
Inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

Prepare calculations, records, reports and correspondence related to project activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Inspection, preferably Facilities, Architectural or Structural.

Preferred Project Experience includes: Facilities, Schools, MTA, Metro, Hotel, High-Rise, Glass, Airports, Curtain Walls, Structural, Lobbies, Large Public Buildings, etc.

Preferred Certifications include: ICC, ICBO, AWS, DSA, ACI, AWS, etc.
