Duties:
This position will oversee all personnel issues including:
- Developing job descriptions
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Supports managers and employees on all HR issues including employee relations, benefits, training, with clarification of company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Responds to employee questions regarding all human resource issues and does investigation associated with matters including discrimination and harassment
- Provides counsel regarding employee performance, benefits, career, and accommodation issues
- Works with management to ensure proper administration of all human resources functions including leave of absence, PTO (Personal Time Off) and/or terminations
- Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed
- Administrative tasks (including but not limited to filing, scheduling, etc.)
- Liaison with PEO on company required training and meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years experience as human resources professional
- Excellent interpersonal abilities needed
- Proficient Windows skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
