Expanding Law Firm Seeking Local Partner (California)

Date: 2012-12-16, 4:59AM PSTReply to: see below Radner Law Group PLLC is a law firm organized in Michigan. We are currently seeking to expand to other states. Specifically, we are looking for local attorneys with whom we can partner to offer debt mediation legal services in other states. Expanding operations to offer other legal services in the near future is also part of the general plan.

We provide debt settlement legal services to our clients. We exclusively contracted a marketing company, 800 Zero Debt LLC, to market and advertise our legal services, as well as give us the rights to the phone number 800-Zero-Debt, which is an excellent marketing tool.

There are some in this industry who provide less than exceptional legal services; that is unacceptable for us. We provide our clients with the highest level of legal services possible, and always abide by all ethical and regulatory rules. We actually have two ethics attorneys on retainer, who ensure that everything we do is above and beyond what is merely required by law.

Our ideal partner is:
-Somewhat experienced in the areas of bankruptcy and/or debt settlement
-Operating his/her own solo or small practice
-Ambitious enough to recognize a good opportunity when it presents itself
- Willing and able to provide us with a local address that will be used as the local address for Radner Law Group PLLC
-WILLING AND ABLE TO BEGIN JANUARY 1, 2013

The benefits our partner will receive include:
-Compensation per client that enrolls in our debt program in your state
-Growth of your client base for other legal services you wish to offer your clients in your state
-Possible marketing of other legal services in the near future
-Free debt settlement legal services marketing (meaning we will cover the marketing, malpractice insurance, and other incidental expenses that come with offering debt mediation legal services)

The duties of our local partner will include:
-Reviewing the Client Retainer to ensure it is lawful and ethical in your particular state, prior to us offering legal services in your state
-Providing supervision to the paralegals concerning our clients in your state (including how to respond to potential clients' lawsuits, etc.)
-Providing legal services as described in our Client Retainer
-The above services should not require our local partner to work more than 5-10 hours per month
