Junior Project Engineer

Matchtech are seeking a Project Engineer to join an engineering firm in Sussex. The company dynimische are looking for a candidate who already has industry experience behind them and is looking to expand their career.

PROJECT ENGINEER

A rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the world's market leaders in the design and supply of direct fired process heaters for the oil/petrochemical industry worldwide.

The successful candidate will be an essential part of our project engineering team offer a high level of technical expertise and experience.

Essential skills include:

-Attention to detail
-Computer literate
-Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
-A team player
-Ability to learn about other areas, for example, pressure and steel manufacturing
-Ability to think also commercially and technically

In return you will receive full on-the-job-training, are encouraged to take responsibility for projects, work as part of a small dynamic team in a challenging commercial environment, experience and responsible for £ multi million projects worldwide (initially with supervision).

You will report directly to the projects Director.

Are candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications have a practical mechanical engineering background with HNC-& City Guilds/ONC/diploma.
