Manager of Project Controls, Manchester-up to £ 70 k + excellent working conditions (incl. car/car allowance, pension, Bupa and bonus)

We are currently recruiting for a Manager or Project Controls to ensure a high profile power and infrastructure delivery organization to work.
If the functional operational lead for Project Controls &, you will be a crucial component in the continuing growth and success of the energy and process Division play by achieving a greater degree of integration of planning and cost control, along with a better focus on change and risk management in a variety of EPC contracts (reimbursable by to fixed price, lump sum).

The role
As a Manager or Project Controls, you will report to the commercial Director and responsible for:-
• All planning, cost and control activities on the allocation and management of the schedule change, and cost control personnel (approximately 20) that are assigned to projects.
• Primary responsibility is to ensure effective project process controls is delivered over all energy projects & (approximately £ 150 million per year) to meet the objectives of the supply and financial/performance of the business.
• Required contacts and promoting best practices on the division (United Kingdom and UAE), as well as manage the Manchester based team.
• Responsibility for corporate project reporting, resource planning and support to bids as well as project control bids.

The applicant
As Manager of projects will u:-
• Substantial experience within the project ideal environment within an organization controls delivery.
• Degree standard or equivalent be educated.
• Show Evidence of the ability to manage and develop a team of people.
• Have the Gravitas to work within senior management both internally & externally.
• Have the ability to give priority to commitments within a dynamic and challenging project environment.
• Understand the implications of change control and change management.
• Have the passion to be considered as a leader in the business and play a key role in the Division by a wide range of cross-function forward initiatives driving.
