Importer / Distributor of Automotive parts and accessories, seeking customer-focused representatives to provide excellent Customer Support.

Job Summary:
In this position, you will provide customers with product availability, pricing, coordinating shipments and other information as needed. In addition, work with other dept. personnel to communicate customer demands and needs; trace orders and/or returns or credits.

Ongoing department and product training is provided to empower staff members to effectively
Resolve any problems and maintain focus on delivering excellent service.

** Ideal Candidates have hobbies or interests related to the Auto Industry (Car shows, custom cars, Hot Rods, performance modifications, etc) **

Experience Required:
? Minimum 2-3 years Call Center/Customer Service experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Requires H. S. Diploma or G.E.D.
? Computer literate - MS Windows, Excel, Word, email.
? Strong organizational and people skills
? Ability to multitask, able to handle high stress situations,
? SPANISH SPEAKER A MUST - Good telephone etiquette and attention to detail.

Positions are "temp-hire" (90 day probation)
Hours: Monday - Friday Hours; 6am-3pm, or 9am-6pm

Applicants must pass a Background check and Drug Screen
Starting pay: $12hr. (Benefits and commission after 90 probationary period)
