Our company is seeking a full time receptionist (Ongoing position) Must possess a positive attitude, be adaptable, and able to work with a multitude of individuals, ability to multi-task, and be quick on your feet. You will be expected to perform all receptionist duties which include, but are not limited to:

Answering heavy phone calls and handling voicemail system
Review incoming emails and forward to appropriate office staff
Proficient with heavy filing, faxing and general office duties• Assist with special projects
Collection of mail and incoming rents
Accept and review rental applications
Must be efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

OVERVIEW:
Paramount Solar is looking for driven and self-assured professionals to canvas local neighborhoods to discuss the benefits of PV solar energy with residential homeowners. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Canvass assigned territory to gather business leads and deliver marketing materials
- Schedule and confirm appointments for PES staffers to conduct sales presentations with residential homeowners

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous direct sales or canvassing experience preferred, but not required

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be able to work a non-standard schedule independently with minimal supervision
