We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, bright Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for the following tasks/jobs such as but not limited to; answering phones, speaking with clients, running personal and business errands for CEO, calendar upkeep, assisting office team in helping to complete tasks, take minutes at meetings and office appearance upkeep. You will also be responsible for writing content for our clients therefore it is imperative that you have excellent writing skills. We are looking for someone that has reliable transportation and can furnish a valid Drivers License and valid Insurance upon hire.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is outgoing, friendly, and has an ambitious personality. This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, 9am to 2pm

OBJECTIVE/FUNCTION
Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Provide information regarding activities, location of departments, offices and employees within organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
? Receive payment and record receipts for services.
? Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material.
? Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents, as needed.
? Greet and engage persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
? Direct to proper department as needed to resolve complaints from customers and public.
? Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail or facsimile machine.
? Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization or services provided.
? Support country club as needed.
? Special projects as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have good written and oral comprehension and expression. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a computer or speaking on the telephone. Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs- maintaining the office requires bending, lifting-carrying and stooping. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work in a well-lighted, temperature controlled work area. Must be able to work well with others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Entry level, 1-2 years experience with telephone switchboard preferred. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to proactively look for ways to help people. Strong attention to details and the ability to follow written and oral instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office - intermediate level at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Publisher. Jonas software experience a plus.
