- Minimum 2-3 years of casual or fine dining experience!!
- Knowledge of service, and ingredients as it pertains to food and beverage and the latest trends is highly desirable.
- Personality and upbeat attitude is a must.
- Ability to work in a team service setting. Hands on approach is a must!
- Proven work track history with updated references and salary history.
- Ability to lead with Hands on approach.
- Ability to put a team of service staff together.
