Insurance Agency Sales/Customer Service. (Hermosa Beach)

?Telephone individuals who have requested insurance quotes and provide quotes and close sales.
?Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market and sell appropriate products and services.
?Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
?Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance. availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
?Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

?Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative,or telemarketing) required.
?Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
?Interest in marketing andselling products and services based on customer needs.
?Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening- Bilingual is a plus!
?People-oriented.
?Organizational skills.
?Self-motivated.
?Detail oriented.
?Experienced in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
?Ability to work in a team environment.
?Ability to multi-task.
?Ability to make presentations and close potential clients.
?Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective interviews.
?Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms.
??Property & Casualty license (must obtain)
??Life & Health license (must obtain)
