This is a full time position for a busy Property Management Office. The office is located in Lawndale.

Please do not apply if this would be a long commute.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Accounts Payable: Matching and sorting checks with invoices, mailing out checks.

-Receivables: Matching checks with the property master list, sorting by property.

-Financial statements and Bank reconciliations.

-Filing

Please meet the following requirements:

-Self-starter

-Punctual

-Must be organized and detail-oriented

-Must have excellent phone skills

-Must have Property Management experience

-Must know Word & Excel software

-Knowledge of YARDI computer program- a plus

-Must have reliable transportation

-Ability to multi-task

-Must organize with attention to detail

-Able to think ahead, follow through, and meet deadlines

M-F 9am-6pm Salary & Benefits
