Rapidly Growing Media Firm is actively seeking a temp-to-perm Executive Assistant to a C-level Marketing Executive. Responsibilities:
-Organize a complex executive calendar and schedule
-Arrange intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including point-to-point transportation
-Act as gatekeeper and liaison for the executive
-Process reports and internal documents
-Take charge of additional duties as needed

Requirements:
-5+ years administrative experience supporting a C-level executive in a corporate setting
-Extensive experience coordinating international travel a must
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Outstanding organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
-Exceptional communication skills to interact with all levels of staff
-Proactive and possesses the ability to successfully anticipate needs
-Master multi-tasker with the ability to balance competing priorities
-Flexible to work overtime and be available via Blackberry 24/7
-Advanced proficiency in MS Office
