Job Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to provide reliable, proactive, executive-level support while covering a variety of different tasks and duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

? Overall strong coordination and executive support of daily activities, projects, meetings and events, as well as travel, internal and external communications with employees, customers, affiliate partners and guests.
? Scheduling, attending and/or providing administrative support for meetings, training classes, surveys, vendor fairs and key projects
? Handling customer inquiries and requests
? Maintaining confidential files and records--paper and electronic documents
? Handling phone calls, voicemails, emails, etc.
? Compiling reports
? Proofing documents
? Drafting correspondence, flyers and brochures
? Displaying professionalism at all times, both internally and externally
? Handling office operations

Executive Administrative Assistant -- Executive Assistant

Requirements

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you must be highly conscientious and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be very detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & projects. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization.

Specific qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant position include:

? Bachelor's Degree (all majors are welcome).
? Ability to host meetings and is highly confident to speak in group meetings.
? Minimum five years of experience providing executive support
? Outstanding customer service skills
? Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
? Expert level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
? Strong technology skills/Tech Savvy a big plus.
? Able to type 50 to 60 Words Per Minute
? Strong basic math skills
