The primary duties for this position will be to answer customer service questions, resolve order-related issues and process returns. Additional duties are listed below.
-Answering customer telephone calls, e-mails and taking new orders
-Resolving customer issues and providing other general customer service support
-Retrieving, packing, shipping and processing orders and returns
-Manage inbound and outbound shipments including RMAs and new items/ supplies
-Quality control, checking outbound orders for accuracy
-Warehouse stocking, managing inventory and other general warehouse duties
-Responsible for keeping warehouse processing and work areas clean
-Strong writing and communication skills
-Able to multi-task and prioritize
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Intermediate PC, keyboard and data entry skills
-Experience with UPS Worldship and other shipping programs not required but a plus
-Must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced, environment
