Due to extensive growth of union membership throughout California, the Cohen-Cohen Agency of American Income Life (AIL) is looking to expand the sales department in the Los Angeles branch IMMEDIATELY.

Why AIL: NO DOOR-TO-DOOR SELLING, PROSPECTING, OR COLD CALLING. Be Union, Buy Union. As members of the Office and Professional Employees International Union, we are contracted with 20,000+ Unions and Association. Union sales agents communicate directly with other union members who request services from AIL for both new policies and claims. Now with a new laptop presentation, training is simpler AND shorter; agents are working their own leads after an average of a week upon being hired.

Compensation: Agents are paid a weekly advance commission, weekly bonus, guarantee (first 6 months), and most importantly, monthly renewals. AILs residual payouts and percentages are one of the highest in the nation and last for the lifetime of the policies sold. The average first year pay is $59,000 but it is common for first year agents to earn $100,000+. Once qualified, benefits include a group health insurance plan as well as a stock purchase plan for Torchmark (TMK), AIL‚s parent company.
