Castaic Truck Stop located just north of (Magic Mountain & Valencia) is seeking a General Manager to oversee our full service truck stop/gas station/travel center. Our facility offers diesel fuel, convenient store, mini market and fast food restaurant. In this fast paced 24-hour environment daily responsibilities include driving sales, managing team members, ordering and tracking inventory providing customer service and much more.

We are looking for an individual with 2-3 years management experience, with a degree in business or equivalent work experience.

Ability to work independently, be innovative, think outside the box and multitask with positive results.

Incredible customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain a customer focused environment.

Marketing skills and the ability to expand our customer base

Must build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint

Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
