Immediate opportunity with a solid company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. The right candidate will have a construction background.

* Responsibilities will include QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, P/R

*Prevailing wages, certified P/R, Liens, Progress billing

* AON/OCIP reports, etc.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
5-7 years related/recent work experience
Experience in a construction environment
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge
Quickbooks
