ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR

We are a company located in the South Bay and are looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable Duties:
-Responsible for all pre-construction accounts payable functions
-Upload invoices for approval, enter once approved and update on TL
-Enter all consultant invoices once received from project PMs, set up wires for bi-weekly payments
-Communicate with surveyors and consultants as needed.
-Enter construction invoices
-Upload change order invoices
-Request missing invoices so final payments can be issued
-Filing of all invoices. Create and maintain efficient and organized filing and record-keeping systems.

Finance / Accounting -- Accounting Support
-Professional License Tracking
-GC License Tracking
-Filing

Finance / Accounting -- Billing Support
-OPM Updates
-Gather back-up documents required for billing, copying and shipping billing documents

General Office - Administrative Support
-Oversee mail. Distribute and route incoming mail, packages, faxes, office memos, etc. to appropriate mailboxes/individuals
-Maintain supply inventory and place necessary orders and distribute accordingly
-Maintain copier and kitchen areas.
-UPS/FedEx shipping of Document

-Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Some Accounting Coursework preferred and 2-3 years of previous accounts payable experience required.
