Technical Trainer- Los Angeles (Century City)

We are, indeed, the leader in the court reporting profession and we are actively seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team and work directly with our sales staff and law firm clients. We will look to you to train one-on-one and conduct live and web-based group presentations on Adobe Acrobat, litigation support products, video streaming, etc.

The appropriate candidate has strong and friendly communication skills and is comfortable in presenting generic and industry-specific software applications and associated technical support solutions to non-technical professionals within the legal industry. Comfort in utilizing both PC and a Mac platform is important. The right individual will provide support to a sales team that includes representation throughout California as well as Chicago and New York City. Experience in graphic arts is a plus.

Training will be provided for company specific technology.

Some flying, driving, and overnight travel is required.
