SUPERSTAR CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Have an awesome positive mental attitude & personality a must!
- Capable of working a variety of hours including weekdays, nights and weekends
- Professional appearance
- 2-5 years of successful in home sales presentation experience-OR-sales management experience-OR-successful team lead experience
- Fantastic verbal and writing skills
- Must be proficient in Internet navigation, Email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable Vehicle and insurance
- Need a laptop, and Wi-Fi access

SUPERSTAR JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build an awesome relationship with clients
- Perform 1 to 3 in-home solar consultations per day
- Attend ongoing product and sales training
- Travel to clients' home for solar consultation appointment
- Excellent Commission Structures
