Behavioral Learning Center, Inc. (BLC, Inc.) is a California certified non-public agency. We provide in home behaviorally based intervention to children who have been diagnosed with Autism and other neurological and developmental delays. The programs offered are: ABA/DTT and Adaptive Skills. We currently contract with the Regional Centers in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.

The specific role of the Behavioral Tutor is to provide in-home 1:1 DTT/ABA sessions to children with autism in a program specifically designed for each particular child. The interventionist must integrate knowledge and capability to help the child learn play skills, social skills, language skills, attention skills, and self-help skills.
Our professional staff will ensure candidates are supervised and trained.

Job Qualifications
BS/BA or enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Speech Communication Disorders or any other related area of study
Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities (minimum of one year preferred)
CPI training
Experience working with children and young adults with significant behaviors
Appropriate educational or training background
Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are highly encouraged to apply
