Under broad direction, ensures drilling, completion, and workover operations at the Halliburton Drilling, Testing, and Training Facility are safe, environmentally conscious, and cost-efficient. Ensures crew members are prepared and effectively perform to execute PSL product and services testing and training plans. Supervises the day-to-day operations of the rig and crew members; advise/consult with PSL representatives in the execution of all completion, workover and drilling operations; plans, organizes and monitors performance of rig operations and maintenance. Accountable for the selection and development of rig crew personnel. Skills typically acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 8+ years of drilling, completion, or workover well site experience. Completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering and well site supervisory experience preferred. Possession of Rig Manager level Well Control certificate is required.
