Looking for a part-time bookkeeper for an Bar office located in Sunland- Tujunga, east San Fernando Valley

We seek a part-time bookkeeper . The job will require roughly 5 hours per week, spread over 2 days. You will be 100% focused on keeping the books, accounts payable for us.

The job:
- Working with Quick Books for multiple entities
- Vendor communications
- Processing deposits, taking the deposits to bank.
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Reconciliation of checking & credit card accounts
- General journal entries
- Creation of financial statements
- Setting up chart of accounts for new entities
- File management and record keeping

Compensation:
$10 - $12 per hour (Depending on experience)

Experience required:

You must have kept the books for other businesses and must have Quick Books knowledge.
