ON-SITE SUPERVISOR/SPECIALIST (3PL Lead/Supervisor)

(Bilingual in English/Spanish)

You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services which manage the client's contingent workforce.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Core Responsibilities:
As the client's ambassador, you will be the first impression of the client and demonstrate your partnership with the client and alignment with their objectives.

You will maintain a relationship with associates that demonstrates that we are the employer of record by managing and reducing co-employment risk, and being a resource to our payrolled workers for any work related issues by creating an open and candid dialogue with workers.
You will reach out routinely to ensure they understand your role and see you as a competent, trustworthy, and available resource.

Develop the business by providing consistently outstanding customer service and demonstrating value of the programs and services.
Take a consultative approach to problem solving and become a separate, but aligned part of their business.

Use every engagement as an opportunity to provide relevant information to the client. Create an open and candid dialogue with client managers.

Bring your talents and experience to the position and grow them.
Handle sensitive Employee Relations issues confidently, maintaining the confidentiality of the matter while conducting thorough investigations. Provide expertise, backed up by a world class Corporate HR team.

Bring a creative mind with a passion for excellence. Take a solid foundation of excellent procedures and make them more efficient. Build on the Standard Operating Procedures.

Think fast, move quickly and accurately. Make decisions. Perform accurate data entry of employee hours for payroll processing.

Minimum Qualifications
2 or more years of staffing industry operations, recruiting experience, or Warehouse Supervisory Experience

Consistent Work Experience, (NO GAPS)

Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to update reports and logs

Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally. Able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.

Excellent customer service and administrative organizational skills.

Proficient knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer), fax/scanner, copier, phones (voicemail) and other office equipment needed for the position function.
Ability to process changes into database programs with few entry errors.
