Children's apparel design and manufacturing company is seeking a production Assistant/Customer Service Rep

Candidate must have experience working with apparel companies, and with apparel software, such as Apparel Magic or AIMS.
Duties include assisting our Production/Customer Service/Sales/ team with:
Helping to oversee in house cutting and inside and outside sewing contractors in LA area.
Local contractor following a plus.
Data entry of cuts, production and receivers.
Source and order fabric and trim.
Involved in all phases of production including cut, sew, garment dye, screen printing, costing, patters, markers and QC.
Understanding of garment construction, patterns, grading and markers required.
Exp with apparel manufacturing software programs a plus (such as AIMS, Apparel Magic, etc)
Also will be involved with:
Customer Service
Data and Order Entry
New Account Set Ups
EDI
Processing incoming phone calls and emails
In House Sales
Social Media and Website Updates

Must be comfortable multi tasking as we are a small company and our employees wear many hats!
Must have experience working with apparel customer service and/or apparel production.
PT/FT
