Tarzana Company needs Administrative Staff to assist in duties like bookkeeping, processing incoming orders & shipping documents, answering phone calls, reviewing/coordinating/responding to customer emails and working on special projects as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure, must be organized, and must be willing to get trained. The candidate must possess strong work ethics and must have basic computer knowledge including the Internet , Word and Excel.

Required:
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be familiar with e-commerce, internet shopping, searching and browsing. Basic knowledge of Photoshop a plus.
