Travel Consultant (El Segundo)

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for selling a full range of vacation products to meet sales and revenue targets and to provide excellent customer service by delivering the ultimate travel experience for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will have the responsibility to sell a full range of YMT vacation products through inquiries from various advertising sources. Leads will be provided through inbound/outbound calls and emails, and the candidate will have the responsibility of turning the lead into a sale (no cold calling). In this position, the candidate will present a quality presentation of products to guests by maintaining extensive knowledge of all available tours. The selected candidate must be able to approach a fast-paced and constantly changing industry with flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Minimum one year experience in sales or customer service
? Strong closing skills
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
? Confident person, who demonstrates initiative and has an outgoing personality
? Burning desire to excel with great work ethic
