We have an immediate opening for a Property Manager/Portfolio Supervisor handling HOA (Home Owner Association) properties. This opportunity is full-time and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills with at least 2 years experience in real estate. Candidates possessing sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Customer service related experience will also be helpful. Yardi experience will be beneficial to. Compensation up to $ 50,000 with experience.

Interviews will take place on Friday, 2/22 from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Come to:

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
? Experience with HOAs, CC&Rs and Civil Code a definite plus!
? Must be able to multi-task; know how to follow up. Follow-up is key.
? Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and politely with our clients-- verbally, email, and by telephone.
? Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
? You must be detail oriented and results driven.
? Excellent computer skills including YARDI, Lotus Approach, Excel, Word and Google.
? Ability to follow instructions and willingness to "take ownership" a must.
