Customer Service / Office Position (Gardena)

Day-to-day primary tasks:
- Responding to company/customer emails
- Writing and editing product descriptions (copy-writing/proofreading)
- Data entry
- General office/admin work

Secondary tasks:
- Occasional phone support
- Helping with shipping when necessary
- Assisting the photography/design departments

Minimum Requirements:
- Efficient, fast-paced, organized
- English fluency without accent
- Articulate and descriptive speaking/writing style
- 50+ wpm typing
- Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- High school graduate and above

Exceptional candidates will have:
- Customer service experience in e-commerce
- Professional account experience on e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Ebay/Buy/Newegg)
- Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign proficiency
- Marketing, IT, or design experience

Full-time, in-house position, 9am-6pm, M-F
$10-13/hr, dependent on experience, without benefits
You must be local and be allowed to legally live and work here permanently.
