Start-up cloud based software company looking for?a self starter?that has a positive, team-oriented attitude who can manage the office operations including customer service.

Duties include:
-Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and providing support on administrative tasks.
-Answer phones and oversee daily office needs.
-Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and third party contacts.
-Oversee/manage marketing schedules and new product releases.
-Taking ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years of solid office experience with a substantial background supporting fast-moving, high level operations.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and projects with an awareness of deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, creative problem solver, and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Positive, friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
