Leader in the luxury hospitality industry, established in 1971 with a collection of high-end culinary establishments, is seeking to fill different levels of employment.

Currently, we are offering the following positions: Supervisors, Servers, Cocktail Servers & Host/Hostess

SUPERVISOR
:? Previous management or supervisor experience a must.
:? Must posses leadership skills and be a strong communicator.
? Open availability a must.(Including Holidays)
? Bilingual a plus.

SERVER/COCKTAIL SERVER
:? Candidate must have 2+ years server experience in a fine dining establishment(Fine dining not a must for Cocktail servers)
? Must be clean, polished, presentable and well groomed at all times
? Must be well-spoken, friendly and professional
? Proficiency in Micros a must

Bilingual a plus
Wine knowledge a huge plus
Compensation: Minimum wages + tips

HOST/HOSTESS:
? Candidate must have excellent communication, reception and multi-line, phone skills
? Representing the "first impression" of the restaurant, you must be extremely "put together," polished, clean, presentable and well- groomed at all times
? Must be well-spoken, friendly and professional
? Must have at least basic computer skills; Experience with Rezbook a plus
? Previous hostess experience a plus
