Prestigious Professional Services Firm has an immediate temporary opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant. This is a 2-3 month temporary position. In this position, you will work alongside an approachable and upbeat Human Resources team as you take on special project duties and administrative assignments.

Responsibilities include:
? Writing, editing and proofreading company collateral
? Creating presentations and meeting materials
? Processing expense reports and internal documents
? Coordinating calendars and schedules
? Taking ownership of additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
? Must have corporate administrative experience; experience drafting professional materials is a plus
? Quick-thinking and eager to learn new skills
? Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
? Excellent judgment and follow through
? Discretion in regards to confidential and sensitive information
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
