WE ARE CURRENTLY INTERVIEWING FOR BOTH ENTRY LEVEL AND EXPERIENCED CS/SALES SUPPORT POSITIONS.

Key Responsibilities:
? Work closely with Account Managers and customers in all facets of customer service and support
? Understand customer requirements in order to process orders proficiently
? Maintain constant communication with clients via phone and email, answering questions and providing information
? Liaise with other internal departments such as product development, and design, as well as our international offices to provide timely, updated information to customers regarding their developments and orders
? Organize large amounts of information for multiple customers simultaneously - heavy Excel use
? Manage daily correspondence and email based relationships
? Set-up and maintain customer files

Requirements:
* General office experience
* Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work overtime when needed
* Strong organizational skills, including impeccable attention to detail
* Pleasant, friendly, confident demeanor and strong client focus
* Must be resourceful and able to solve problems quickly
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment?
* Strong interest in learning the behind-the-scenes of the apparel industry
