We are a technology company operating in alternative health and special events service industries, and are looking for a perfect fit bookkeeper and office administrator. Position in full-time.

Requirements:
1. Very fast and accurate
2. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
3. Proficient in computers, Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Proficient in Quickbooks Pro
5. Fast learner

Responsibilities:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. Manage A/R and commission schedule
3. Enter bills and invoices
4. Process payments
5. Order office supplies
6. Light order fulfillment
7. Assist President with miscellaneous tasks

Preferences:
1. Interest in researching and writing for company blog and social networks
