A busy executive has need of a part time personal assistant to perform errands and pay bills. This position would entail about 4 to 12 hours of your time each week both at my residence in Santa Monica and office occasionally in Sherman Oaks. I am very flexible on time and more interested in errands being accomplished on a timely basis. This is an ideal position for a college student in Santa Monica College, UCLA or someone who normally has daytime hours available. Bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience a plus. What is most important to me is that you are reliable, prompt and well organized. Reliable auto transportation is a requirement of this position.
