The Standard, Hollywood is hiring! We are looking for energetic, vibrant, experienced candidates to join our team.

This position is a fulltime with a comibined AM,PM and graveyard shift and must be have extensive customer service and experience handling a hotel with nightlife outlets.

Front Office Agent:
The Front Desk Clerk is a member of the Front Office team.
? S/he is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
? Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
? Must multitask and deal with pressure by being adaptable, creative, resourceful, tactful and intellectually quick.
? As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good computer skills
? Accurately handle cash and charges.
? Stand for long periods of time.
? Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor
? Must be able to work holidays and weekends, and flexible for all 3 shifts.

Night Auditor:
Hands on individual to oversee Front Office & Night Audit operations on the overnight shift.
? Manage all guest services situations and the completion of the audit function.
? The Night Auditor will oversee all functions of the Front Office during the Graveyard Shift.
? Must maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
? Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
? The ability to provide excellent customer service and make decisions without supervision.

Job Responsibilities (Front Office Agent/Night Auditor):
? Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel credit and cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner.
? Cancel room reservations according to procedures.
? Maintain friendly and outgoing personality.
? Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous, and entertaining manner according to procedures.
? Assures that front desk is covered and maintained at all times.
? Registers and checks guests in and out of hotel.
? Enters and validates guest information into computer terminal
? Handles switchboard, telephone calls and wake up calls, as required.

Qualifications/Requirements (Front Office/Night Auditor):
? 2 years plus experience required.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule including all 3 Shifts, weekends and holidays.
? Proven team player with a high level of energy and motivation.
? Must be friendly, personable and outgoing.
