1) Are FULLY competent in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; as well as fully competent using email and the internet. If you know Peachtree, that's a plus!
2) Are SUPER organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full-time position: Monday -- Friday, 9:00 AM -5:30 PM.

? Answering phone calls;
? Order entry and data processing;
? Customer service;
? Accounts Receivable;
? Typing, faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as needed;
? Filing files (collecting and filing files/ receipts/ drawings, etc.);
? Shipping arrangements (log, track and deliver all express packages, etc.);
? Sort and distribute mails (occasionally take outgoing business mail to mailbox/ post office);
? Online research based on requirements;
? Organizing and cleaning office;
? Problem solving or other office duties/projects as designated and needed.

Dress code is business casual.
