We are seeking an individual that is results driven and motivated through success and high earnings potential. We have unlimited tools and resources that will facilitate your success. Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a defined geographic territory.
* Display strong "Hunting" attributes. Develop lists of prospective customers and leads using various resources.
* Generate interest and sell all services to current and potential customers.
* Hunt for new areas of business within existing customer organizations.
* Grow territory in alignment with company goals.
* Analyze client's supply chain and find a fit for The Custom Companies.
* Build customer relationships and promote a positive company image.
* 1+ Years of transportation sales experience. Air Freight Sales is a big plus.
* Must be a driven, goal oriented individual, very adept at prospecting
* Business Insight - Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
* Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs 24/7/365
* Professionalism/Ethics - Upholds organizational values
