?The Opportunity:We are currently seeking MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGERS AND REPRESENTATIVES who are passionate about creating an exceptional member experience, to sell new memberships, club services and products to qualified prospective members and groups.

Our club MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVES are responsible for driving sales revenue, while our MEMBERSHIP MANAGERS are responsible for supervising overall operations of the Sales department, including member service, team member development and sales.

? An intelligent and articulate person who can relate to people at all levels of the organization, has good written as well as verbal communication skills.

? Great with attention to detail, and will be very thorough with his or her daily duties.

? Passionate about health and fitness, and committed to the member experience.

?Who can:

? Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful perspective.

? Drive sales revenue through personal training sales; demonstrate understanding of general fitness and knowledge of equipment/programming availability.

? Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual sales goals through prospect lead generation, telemarketing, greeting guests, walk-ins & member referrals.

? Recruit, hire, train and provide ongoing development to Membership Representatives to increase sales and to ensure maximum performance levels. (Manager candidates only)

?And have:
? A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
? Minimum three (3) years experience in health club industry sales environment, and high-touch customer service environment with recognized expertise.
? Telemarketing Skills
? Good verbal communication skills
? Professional image through dress, posture and pose.
? Assertive with energetic enthusiastic personality
? Exceptional work habits, integrity and ethics
? Self-motivated and team player
? High self-esteem
? Previous experience supervising/managing a team of fitness sales professionals. (Manager candidates only)
? Active participant in fitness program
? Current C.P.R and A.E.D Certification
