BUYERS AGENT NEEDED (Santa Clarita)

I am looking for a hardworking, dedicated person to join my real estate team in Santa Clarita Valley.
* Must have a California Real Estate License
* Outgoing and engaging personality with Strong interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and self-motivated
* Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment, well organized
* Must possess exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills
* Must be proficient on the computer and easily learns new programs, self-taught
* Must love to talk on the phone and be well spoken (warm calls)
* Must own a dependable car, computer lap top, cell phone that receives text messages

Job Description:
* Converting Internet Buyer leads daily - Warm Calling (includes evenings & weekends)
* Maintaining Buyer Prospect database
* Show Property to Buyers, Write Contracts, attend Home Inspection & other necessary inspections
* Hold Open Houses and/or Door Knock
* Networking

You will be trained and have full support. We have a team assistant and transaction coordinator on staff.
You will be part of a team that continues to grow and is among the top 5 in the company.
