PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Daily recordation of Sales Orders and preparation of Invoice and Packing Lists
? A/P, A/R and office administration
? Collections
? Will function as right-hand person to owner
? Provide general support in form of answering phones
? Maintain accounting files in neat, orderly fashion
? Prepare correspondence as needed
? Understanding of inventory recordation
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Must be skilled in Quickbooks, Excel and general use of computer
? Must be a perfectionist by nature, there is little tolerance for financial sloppiness.
? Position requires an understanding of order entry process, inventory and order fulfillment.
? Must have good communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
? Must have excellent work habits and take pride and ownership in duties
? Legal resident or citizen of the USA
