Our client, an internationally recognized professional services firm is seeking for a Tax Manager to join their growing firm.

Qualifications and required experience:

? 7 plus years of public accounting experience within corporate and partnership tax including tax compliance, tax strategy, and preparation and review of complex tax returns
? Additional tax planning experience including: S Corp, C Corp, LLC, Partnerships and Individual Tax Returns
? Heavy partnerships experience required
? Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting
? Graduate degree in Taxation preferred but not required
? Strong analytical skills
? Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills is key as this position will require heavy interface with firm clients
? Ability to develop and mentor staff members
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management
? Strong team building abilities and proven experience in areas of team development
