Multistate, multi-branch mortgage lender seeks Senior DE Mortgage Underwriter with solid knowledge of Conventional, FHA and VA loans.

Requirements:
? Bring 5-7 years of underwriting experience/skills with a proven track record
? Possess and maintain current knowledge of agency/industry regulations
? Ensure compliance with state and federal lending laws and investor guidelines
? Learn and help to enforce company underwriting protocol
? Ability to run DU/LP AUS, interpret findings, and verify that file documentation
meets FNMA/FHLMC requirements
? Condition loans and sign off on conditions that meet requirements
? Audit files to ensure they are ready to proceed to docs
? Help to maintain company's goal of swift turnaround times for Underwriting
? Possess excellent customer service skills when communicating with loan
officers, branches and other personnel who rely on your services and expertise.
? Must have a FHA CHUMS #, VA SAR/LAPP # a plus but not manditory
