Duties include: checking IDs, regulating large crowds, and securing the safety of the patrons, staff, and venue. Experience with conflict resolution and good communication skills are vital. Doormen will play a leading role in creating an enjoyable experience for patrons and therefore must have an outgoing and confident personality.
