This important position will lead the Company in terms of rapid expansion of Sales Representatives nationwide. Will report to the VP Sales & the CEO. The successful candidate will be able to attract and recruit full-time as well as part-time candidates from a variety of different companies. Will need to proactively build a pipeline of passive candidates, "court" potential candidates and build relationships with them for both current and future open positions. Must use a variety of recruiting techniques (networking, cold calling, job fairs, etc) as opposed to simply posting the positions in traditional job ads. Candidate must be self-motivated, multi-tasking, assertive, have strong computer familiarity, high urgency and an attention to details. Previous work in a corporate recruiting or agency staffing experience beneficial.
