This goal of this position is to secure designer and sponsor participants for the company's many entertainment and fashion productions in L.A. and Las Vegas. The role is largely focused on sales, but will also include valuable hands-on experience in the PR, event production, and entertainment fields.
Must be able to multi-task, take initiative, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong familiarity with MS Office is required, with particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Experience in Adobe programs is a plus but not required.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 3 years work experience (internships excluded) in sponsorship sales, marketing, and/or public relations, including experience with tradeshows, showrooms, or styling
-Knowledge of how to execute a sales pitch and the ability to consistently follow up
-Strong contacts with designers and/or consumer brands
-Self-motivated with strong time management skills
-Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
-Comfortable working in a tight-knit, fast-paced, and self-starting environment
-Proficient in MAC and PC office programs
-Reliable transportation, cell phone, and computer
-On time and hard working
-Ability to travel
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
College degree is a plus, but not required. Professionalism is critical.
