We are a fun, young, hardworking group that is passionate about the future of digital! This person will be involved in creating concepts and executing designs for websites, mobile applications, mobile websites, Facebook applications, and more. Our clients and projects range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements:
* 4+ years of relevant professional experience (agency experienced preferred but not required)
* Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Innovative design and typographic skills
* Ability to art direct and collaborate with other designers
* Participate in strategy meetings to translate business strategy into creative concepts
* Must be comfortable presenting creative concepts to clients
* Must follow web technology and trends (mobile UX, HTML5, parallax, responsive design)
* Fundamental understanding of the technical aspects of web design including file size limitations, transparency issues, file type strategies, optimization, browser limitations, etc.
* Experience/expertise in large e-commerce websites, mobile apps, social networking sites, banner ads, email marketing, and social media profiles and applications/widgets is preferred
* Mobile app design experience is a plus but not required.
* Must be looking for an in-office Mon - Fri position (reasonable flexibility and other perks are provided)
