TrinityCare Extended Care, a licensed home health agency, seeks qualified individuals to fill immediate openings for LVN positions. These nurses will enjoy one-to-one care with their patients -- providing care in the home setting.
One year of paid nursing experience is required.

Need LVN for Corona case to provide nursing services to stable pediatric patient with vent, trach and g-tube. Vent experience required. Open shifts include Monday 6:30a to 2:30p, Thursday 6:30a to 2:30p and Friday 6:30a to 2:30p, Saturday 6a to 2p, Saturday 2p to 10p, Sunday 6a to 2p, and Sunday 2p to 10p.

Need LVN for Moreno Valley case to provide nursing services to stable pediatric patient with trach and g-tube. Open shifts include Sunday 3p to 11p and Friday 11p to 7a.

Many other RN and LVN field staff positions are also available.
