The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, enjoy working in a collaborative team and understand the art of customer service as this role interacts with all levels of staff. This is a unique opportunity as this administrative spot also will do project based work touching new hires and the organization of the company. Roles and Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree required
? 2+ years of HR experience working within an administrative role
? Strong database management skills and mastery of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
? Provide administrative support to Benefits and Operations department
? Responsible for preparing new hire packets and welcoming them into the company
? Maintain the human resources database
? Manage expense reports and process invoices
? Respond to staff inquiries and requests regarding specific HR procedures
? Well organized and able to thrive within a dynamic team setting
? Highly personable, poised and professional
? Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Articulate with exemplary written and verbal skills
